Coloring

In a zoo against a back wall of a cage the tiger strikes with coloring brightness — orange in a black strip. But serve in a native habitat of a strip as fine masking. In the high rights of the delta Gangi (India) royal, or Bengalese, the tiger becomes almost invisible as soon as he stiffens in an immovability. But even when it gracefully slides in whimsical shadows of the dense jungle, it is very difficult to notice it. All subspecies of tigers — Bengalese, Amur and seven others — possess the coloring corresponding to features of the environment of their dwelling. Two main subspecies of tigers — are Amur and Bengalese.

The Amur tiger — the largest cat in the world. Its area stretches for 3000 kilometers of a desert solitude of Northern Asia, and it perfectly adapted to severe climate of these edges. Differs in dense, long and fluffy fur, with more dim red background and smaller quantity of strips, than at other subspecies.

The Bengalese tiger is found everywhere in Southeast Asia, and also in the central and southern regions of the Indian subcontinent. It less than the northern relative is also more brightly painted.

Almost died out Indonesian subspecies of tigers even more small and more darkly than the relatives on the continent.
