Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the ByTiger.com website and all content, services andproducts available from ByTiger.com, including, but not limited to, BTLogger and the ByTiger.com APIs ("APIs"),(taken together, the "ByTiger.com").

The ByTiger.com (https://bytiger.com, https://www.bytiger.com) is owned and operated bynatural person (collectively, the "Administration").

The ByTiger.com service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms andconditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation,ByTiger.com's Privacy Policy) and procedures that may bepublished from time to time on this Site by ByTiger.com (collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the ByTiger.com. By accessing or usingany part of the web site or other ByTiger.com services, you agree to become bound by the terms andconditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement,then you may not access the ByTiger.com. If these terms and conditions are considered an offerby ByTiger.com owner, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Accession to this Agreement shall be in the process of user registration on ByTiger.com or in actualuse ByTiger.com, if it has made without registration.

The Russian version of the agreement is more accurate version and primary.

1. Your ByTiger.com account

You must be 13 years or older to use this ByTiger.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password.

You must immediately notify ByTiger.com of any unauthorized uses of your Account or any other breachesof security. ByTiger.com will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damagesof any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the Account and any other actions takenin connection with the Account.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one Account.

2. Intellectual property

This Agreement does not transfer from ByTiger.com to you any ByTiger.com or third party intellectualproperty, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain solely with ByTiger.com.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the ByTiger.com. Your profile andmaterials uploaded remain yours.

By using ByTiger.com, you agree to allow us to use your name, avatar and logo for sharing (near yourpublic comments, etc.) and in marketing materials about ByTiger.com. You can opt-out of this at anytime by emailing us at support@bytiger.com.

ByTiger.com is neither directly nor indirectly related to Bethesda Softworks, ZeniMax Online Studios,nor parent company ZeniMax Media,and is neither directly nor indirectly related to "Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd." as well, inany way, neither does the ByTiger.com claim any representative rights to such."ESO alchemy helper" and "Mobile Legend Skill Compositor" is an entirely non-profit page (tools) andcurrently maintains no monetary value. Its purpose is that of an open information repository and isnot intended to infringe upon the copyrights of Bethesda Softworks and "Shanghai Moonton TechnologyCo., Ltd.", nor their parent and affiliate companies. This site is neither supported nor endorsed byBethesda Softworks and/or "Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd." or its licensers.

3. Changes

Administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use ofor access to ByTiger.com following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptanceof those changes.

Administration may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the ByTiger.com(including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall besubject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Administration reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue,temporarily or permanently, the ByTiger.com (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

4. Termination

Administration may terminate your access to all or any part of the ByTiger.com at any time, with orwithout cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Administration will make a reasonableattempt via email to warn the Account owner prior to termination.

Termination of Service may result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your accessto your Account.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Account, you may simply discontinue using the ByTiger.com.All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination,including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity andlimitations of liability.

You can delete your Account at any time by clicking "Delete Account" on your "Account Settings"(invoked by clicking on the avatar at the top of the page).

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The ByTiger.com is provided "as is". Administration and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaimall warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties ofmerchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Neither Administration nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Service will beerror free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through,the ByTiger.com at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event will ByTiger.com, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subjectmatter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:

- any special, incidental or consequential damages;

- the cost of procurement for substitute products or services;

- for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

ByTiger.com shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control.The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

7. General representation and warranty

You represent and warrant that your use of the ByTiger.com will be in strict accordance withthe ByTiger.com Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations(including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or othergovernmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable lawsregarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside)and your use of the ByTiger.com will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByTiger.com, its contractors, and its licensors,and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses,including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limitedto your violation of this Agreement.

9. Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that ByTiger.com transfers to users computer's hard disk,generally to quickly identify a user's computer. ByTiger.com sends cookies to user's computers whenusers access or view content of ByTiger.com site. Information contained in a cookie may be linked touser's personal information for purposes such as improving the quality of our service, tailoringrecommendations to user's interests, and making the ByTiger.com easier to use. Users can disablecookies at any time, although users may not be able to access or use features of ByTiger.com.

10. Advertising

ByTiger.com uses Google AdSense to provide advertisements in order to assist with running costs.This system is not under the control of ByTiger.com and may record details and/or store cookiesin addition to the recording and storage described above.
